Hi! My name is Erin and I love Lexington, its food, and meeting new people. As my family has traveled over the past few years, booking a food tour has become our go-to move. It’s so fun to learn about the history and traditions of a city through its food culture. We’ve learned about long fought battles to be the best bagel in Montreal, the startups of Denver’s urban wineries, to the stories behind the North Shore shrimp trucks in Oahu.
On a recent Nashville food tour (shoutout to Walk Eat Nashville!), I got to see the city in a whole different way. I’ve been to Nashville dozens of times, read some landmark signs, hunted down the top-rated restaurants….but, something about seeing the city and its food through the eyes of a fun-loving local just makes it better. So, I thought….why am I not doing this where I live?
